We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Appointment Setter to join our team at Australian Outsource Desk Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in building business relationships, promoting our services, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.
About the Role:This is a full-time, office-based position that requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a proven track record in B2B cold calling or appointment setting.
Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce company services/products.
- Qualify leads and assess their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Schedule appointments or meetings with decision-makers for the sales team.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of contacts and interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and communication strategies.
- Prepare reports on call activity, lead status, and scheduled appointments.
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
