Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to support our product teams with insights gained from analysing company data. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using large data sets to identify opportunities for product and process optimisation, and the ability to drive business results with their data-derived insights.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide factual information and recommendations that inform decision making processes
  • Determine the best course of action for analysis and develop robust datasets and dashboards to support key business processes
  • Use data to identify insights that inform hypotheses and test ideas, and plan and prioritise insights that drive business targets
  • Analyse and evaluate A/B tests, report on results and recommend next steps
  • Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support company growth by discovering, analysing and communicating critical user behavioural data
Essential Requirements
  • Experience working with large-scale data sets
  • Expertise in data analysis, cleaning or visualisation (for example SQL, Python, spreadsheets or other technologies)
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Digital Analytics such as Snowplow, GA4
  • Experience with modern data warehousing solutions
  • Collaborative team player qualities, including being respectful and service focused
  • A willingness to learn and apply innovative data analytics methodologies
  • Passion for data and ability to communicate effectively using data
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and expertise
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with dbt
  • Knowledge of GitHub
  • Understanding of applied statistics
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment and navigate ambiguity
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
