Job Title: Data Insight Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Insight Specialist to play a crucial role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights.

  • Perform data analysis using advanced tools and techniques to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and databases.
  • Generate high-quality reports and dashboards to visualize key insights.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within large datasets.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of enterprise-level CRM systems.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity within the CRM.
  • Develop and implement efficient data collection processes.
  • Conduct thorough data cleaning and validation to ensure data quality.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
  • Develop basic scripts or programs to automate data processing tasks.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data workflows.
  • Present complex data findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Document processes and create user guides for data-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a great asset.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data collection processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
