This includes assembling and analyzing data and market trends, troubleshooting issues, and developing recommendations to support productivity and process efficiencies across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Adopt and support the framework and roadmap designed to develop, simplify, and standardize Grace's S2P processes and systems across all regions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure seamless connectivity and alignment with procurement operations and the category management organization.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities to improve category and project strategies, enhancing process efficiencies and cost productivity.
  • Manage change across new processes and new system introductions.
  • Suggest improvements or resolutions to problems and build financial models and predictive analytical models.
  • Develop, implement, and track S2P KPIs and dashboards.
  • Own the SAP Cloud Analytics and Celonis system, ensuring proper functionality and enhancements are incorporated.
  • Participate in projects supporting the transition of S2P transactional activities to the Global Business Services.
  • Network with industry professionals to identify best practices and benchmark performance.
