Job Description:

The Procurement Desk Analyst plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of procurement transactions across the organization. This position is crucial to the efficiency and success of the Procurement Operations function.

The key responsibilities include ticketing management, contract and order management, creating, reviewing, and updating purchase orders, reports management, and vendor and stakeholder management.

  • Ticketing Management: Handling request forms through the ticketing system, intaking requisitions for supplier onboarding, and validating purchase requests.
  • Contract and Order Management: Confirming completion of contracts/order forms, aiding in vendor onboarding, and reviewing contracts for completeness.
  • Create, Review and Update Purchase Orders: Creating purchase orders in NetSuite, ensuring timely order submission, and updating POs when changes occur.
  • Reports Management: Providing reporting metrics, preparing month-end reviews, and sending follow-up emails to managers.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing vendor master records, and verifying payment details.
