About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing automation department, you will play a crucial role in the strategic implementation and fine-tuning of marketing automation tools aimed at elevating campaign performance, boosting lead generation, and fostering meaningful customer engagement.

Your primary responsibility will be to own and administer our Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) within the APAC region. You will work closely with teams to build functional campaigns and nurtures through email, marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce), and other marketing tools.

  • Configure and maintain marketing automation workflows, triggers, and segmentation to personalise communications and improve targeting.
  • Define and manage the customisation of our Marketing automation platform including scoring, multi-touch nurture, profiling, segmentation, workflows, and reporting to support our campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimisation experiments to improve email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
