High-Quality Assurance Specialist for Large-Scale Construction Projects

We are seeking a talented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Professional to join our dynamic team at JASA PROPERTY HOLDINGS, INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans to monitor and assess the quality of materials, processes, and finished products
* Conduct regular inspections, testing, and audits to identify and resolve any quality issues or non-conformities
* Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to address quality concerns and ensure successful project completion
* Maintain detailed records and documentation to support quality control efforts and compliance with industry standards and regulations
* Provide training and guidance to construction personnel on quality best practices
* Continuously seek opportunities to improve quality assurance procedures and processes
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the construction industry
* Proven track record of successfully implementing quality assurance programs on large-scale construction projects
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and identify innovative solutions
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Proficient in the use of quality control software, testing equipment, and relevant industry standards and regulations
