About the roleWe are seeking a talented QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic team at JASA PROPERTY HOLDINGS, INC. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our construction projects in Bolinao Pangasinan. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients and upholding our commitment to quality and safety.What you'll be doing:Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control plans to monitor and assess the quality of materials, processes, and finished productsConducting regular inspections, testing, and audits to identify and resolve any quality issues or non-conformitiesCollaborating with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to address quality concerns and ensure the successful completion of projectsMaintaining detailed records and documentation to support quality control efforts and compliance with industry standards and regulationsProviding training and guidance to construction personnel on quality best practicesContinuously seeking opportunities to improve quality assurance and control procedures and processesWhat we're looking for:A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum 2 or 3 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the construction industryProven track record of successfully implementing quality assurance and control programs on large-scale construction projectsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and identify innovative solutionsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsProficient in the use of quality control software, testing equipment, and relevant industry standards and regulations
