About the Role

As a QA/QC Architect at JASA PROPERTY HOLDINGS, INC., you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our construction projects. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards and overseeing the successful delivery of our construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and control processes
  • Conducting regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and identify any issues or non-conformities
  • Collaborating with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to address and resolve quality-related concerns
  • Reviewing and approving construction materials, methods, and procedures to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of quality control activities and findings
  • Providing training and guidance to the construction team on quality-related best practices
  • Ensuring all projects adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines
Requirements
  • Degree in Architecture or a related construction-focused field
  • 2+ years of experience as a QA/QC Architect or in a similar quality assurance role within the construction industry
  • Thorough knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
