Job Title: Insurance Specialist
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete and process insurance applications and Acord forms.
- Submit quote requests to underwriters via email, tracking responses for timely resolution.
- Obtain quotes from online insurance portals, prepare comparative proposals.
- Communicate with underwriters and clients to ensure seamless application processing.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of all submissions and quotes.
- Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in insurance, underwriting support, or account management is preferred.
- Proficiency with Acord forms and insurance quoting portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
- Certified tools and systems include NowCerts (Agency Management System), Online quoting portals for insurance carriers and wholesalers.
