Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Group Marketplace team as a Deliveries Business Improvement Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing our delivery operations and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis of delivery operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution of new processes
  • Analyze performance data and communicate key results to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 3 or more years of experience in management/strategic consulting, telecommunications (product/vertical management), marketing, booking apps, online payments/e-wallets, F&B/QSR, eCommerce, or startups preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets required
  • Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of Python a huge plus
