Job Description

Pascual Pharma Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Consultant to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to conduct business analysis and define project scope and objectives.

You will participate in the evaluation and assessment of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery to the business and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely work with clients to conduct business analysis, defining business requirements, project scope, and objectives.
  • Participate in the evaluation, assessment, and planning of IT Projects and implementation strategies.
  • Assess and re-engineer processes as needed to deliver greater organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Own and develop relationships with clients/stakeholders and IT counterparts to optimize systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of at least a 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT consulting or an enterprise company.
  • Proven experience in business requirements gathering and detailed configuration specifications documentation.
  • Able to effectively estimate work effort for projects and ensure successful on-time project completion.
