We are seeking an experienced AR Collections Expert to join our team as an AWS Financial Analyst. As a member of our team, you will drive Amazon's cash flow by identifying and resolving billing issues for our strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a portfolio of customer receivables and work to maximize Amazon's cash flow by solving customer payment issues.
  2. Full cycle of accounts receivable past due balances, including: research, analysis and account reconciliations.

You will be responsible for calling customers and scheduling resolution sessions to understand the procure-to-pay cycles of our customers, and managing internal and external Accounts Receivable inquiries.

We are looking for a professional with excellent organizational and time-management skills, and knowledge of Amazon business or the e-commerce/ advertising industry.
