Customer Engagement Representative

The primary goal of this role is to generate interest and schedule appointments for our sales team by making outbound calls to potential customers.
This position requires strong relationship-building and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Appointment Setter, or similar role, and excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
- Making outbound calls to potential customers
- Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
- Accurately inputting information into our system
- Representing the company in the best way possible when conversing with contacts
- Ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the company
- Delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis
- Participating in process-improvement initiatives
