Job Title: Social Media Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Specialist. As the primary social media expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mainstream platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and will possess the skills and expertise to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

This key contributor will support and collaborate on all marketing, sales, and business development initiatives, working closely with our current marketing minds to grow our presence in the industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and curate high-quality content that showcases our brand and products
  • Develop and implement a social media calendar that maximizes engagement and followers
  • Track and measure the performance of our social media efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimize our strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and tools into our approach
  • Collaborate with our executive team to increase traffic to our corporate website
  • Monitor and analyze our competitors' online presence, leveraging best practices to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements:

  • Strong social media savvy and experience in building and maintaining a brand/page on social media
  • Avid tech enthusiast with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing on social media, advertising, or digital marketing (samples required)
  • Precise attention to detail and a willingness to continuously refine your craft
  • Skillful writer and editor with the ability to draft compelling social media captions, polls, posts, share text, and other written media
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, working independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and remain highly motivated in a fast-paced environment
  • Disciplined and able to work remotely with minimal direction
