Job Title: Digital and Social Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and Social Executive to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing social media strategies, managing paid social campaigns, and creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager, focusing on lead generation and maximizing ROI.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging organic content aligned with brand voice and objectives.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and platform updates to ensure best practices.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine content and ad strategies.
HubSpot Management:
  • Oversight of HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Content, Web, Automation, and CRM hubs to support business goals.
  • Management and update of websites through HubSpot's CMS, ensuring accurate, up-to-date product information and SEO-friendly content.
  • Implementation of lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Optimization of CRM for streamlined data tracking, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Collaboration with sales teams to support lead handoff, tracking, and pipeline management within HubSpot.
  • Ensuring that product pages, landing pages, and other web assets are optimized for user experience, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Building and managing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Analysis of HubSpot data for insights on lead quality, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
Google AdWords (Paid Search):
  • Development and management of Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Performing keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
  • Tracking and analyzing AdWords metrics to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Management of budgets, bids, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Monitoring and adjusting targeting to align with evolving market trends and user behavior.
  • Coordination with SEO team to ensure alignment and prevent keyword cannibalization across paid and organic search.
