Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to serve as an Architectural Manager Assistant. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

  • Sort and prioritize emails, draft responses, and flag urgent messages.
  • Open and organize tasks for the architecture manager.
  • Maintain task management systems and follow up on pending items.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate project timelines.
  • Handle basic document organization and report preparation.

Responsibilities may include:

  1. Coordinating administrative duties with the architecture manager.
  2. Managing task lists and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service and communication.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative position.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience with email management and task management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Familiarity with architectural terminology and workflows.
  • Experience using ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar task management software.
