Our organization is seeking a Digital Workplace Adoption Specialist to drive the adoption of digital workplace technologies across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving widespread adoption of digital tools and solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Analyze current workplace productivity tools and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase adoption rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective adoption programs.
- Provide hands-on training and support to end-users.
- Monitor and assess adoption metrics to inform future initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- ITIL foundation certification preferred.
