Job Description

To enhance financial solutions for the nation, join us as a Product Owner. You will play a crucial role in creating innovative and meaningful products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Product Head to provide input on strategy and business direction for emerging industries.
  • Manage various tasks and projects as assigned to support business needs.
  • Team Support: Act as an alternate for other team members when required, ensuring smooth workflow in the use case process.
  • Product Development: Champion the creation and maintenance of essential product reference materials, including product decks, contracts, trade letters, dashboards, and other product-related assets.
  • Support partner acquisition and retention by addressing product inquiries, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, and enhancing the end-to-end partner customer experience.
  • Product Enhancements: Champion product offerings' enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the product development roadmap.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to help customer-facing units understand new product/process enhancements, marketing promotions, and offline payment initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in product or marketing management.
  • Preferably with experience in fintech, banking, e-commerce, or IT industries.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Driven, self-managed, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in data analysis and comfortable handling large data sets.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google & MS Office applications, particularly Google Slides/Powerpoint and Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
