About the Role

This pivotal role cultivates a seamless onboarding journey for new drivers, demanding exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to foster a positive applicant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Confirm driver qualifications by contacting and following up with applicants.
  • Review and record application documents.
  • Walk drivers through the onboarding process.
  • Drive high conversion rates.
  • Proactively address issues and provide solutions.
  • Track progress in daily operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • At least 1-year experience in sales or customer support with conversation/retention goals.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Slack.
  • Positive attitude and diligent work ethic.
  • Availability during work hours and commitment to scheduled times.
