Client Success Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Client Success Manager. This individual will be responsible for handling incoming leads, guiding them through the early stages of the hiring process, and building strong relationships with clients.

This is a critical role that requires excellent communication, professionalism, and intelligence. The successful candidate will represent our company in a positive light and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs.
  • Present our services confidently and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Guide clients through every step: from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding.
  • Maintain communication during the sourcing phase and manage follow-ups after candidate presentations.
  • Become the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English — both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional communication skills — structured, confident, and personable.
  • Professional presence — calm under pressure, clear, and trustworthy.
  • University degree — preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Tech-savvy and business-oriented — able to quickly grasp different industries and roles.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing. You should have a proven track record of managing client accounts and driving long-term client satisfaction.

Additional requirements include exceptional CRM and organizational skills, as well as a strong ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive client satisfaction over time.
