Systems Infrastructure Specialist

A key role in our organization is that of the Systems Administrator.
Job Responsibilities- System Provisioning: Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants, Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, software, and hardware.
- Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Data Security Measures: Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard data, software, and hardware.
- Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop and execute processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- User Support Services: Manage user accounts and access permissions, provide technical assistance and guidance to users.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of three years proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Skill Requirements: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams admin portals, Microsoft Scripting, various operating systems (Windows, Apple, etc.) and virtualization technologies, network protocols, firewall management, and security.
