The Performance Marketing Specialist will support in planning, implementing, and reporting on paid digital campaigns across client accounts. This role requires a proactive and analytical approach in developing strategies and campaigns, from channel and audience planning, campaign implementation, optimising for efficiencies and reporting internal and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in managing client accounts and projects.
- Offer insightful advice and recommendations to clients and team regarding digital tactics and online opportunities based on data.
- Support relationships with clients, establishing ourselves as an invaluable long-term partner for digital communications services.
- Coordinate communication with select clients, internal stakeholders, and ensure deadlines and service agreements are adhered to.
- Participate in business development by supporting pitch preparation and research.
Performance Marketing:
- Develop paid digital strategies and plans across various platforms that meet clients' objectives, including Meta, TikTok, programmatic, display, YouTube, SEM, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct analysis or research on audience, keywords, past reports, and benchmarks to support effective multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Prepare media diaries, creative material specifications, and timelines for ad formats.
- Set up campaigns, ensuring approved bidding, scheduling, budget, targeting, and ad tracking strategies are implemented accurately.
- Optimise campaign performance, audience, creative, budgets, and bids across multiple channels to achieve goals.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop ad copy and creative, iterating based on campaign performance.
- Troubleshoot campaign problem areas and suggest courses of action.
- Identify growth and scale opportunities.
- Maintain accurate budget tracking, communicating potential under or overspends with account leads.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends, maintain vendor relationships, and share knowledge with the team.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Work with analytics teams to ensure accurate and timely data into reports and dashboards.
- Develop campaign reports based on data extracted, drawing observations on trends, performance insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Communicate campaign performance to internal and client stakeholders in a timely manner.
About You:
- Experience in digital media agencies or in-house positions with paid digital media campaign execution, including paid social, paid search, and display.
- Confidence in performance media activation and hands-on experience with self-service biddable platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 is advantageous.
- Passion for performance and digital marketing.
- Interest in understanding client business issues and requirements.
- Strong project management skills, ability to plan and prioritise.
- Attention to detail, comfortable managing and analysing campaign data.
- Calmness under pressure, ability to manage tight deadlines.
