Job Opportunity: ESP Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ESP Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, collections, and foreclosure, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

The ESP Coordinator will be responsible for managing NPL accounts through effective coordination and management of accounts endorsed to external service providers. This includes working closely with Recovery Officers to ensure timely and efficient resolution of accounts.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ESP Coordinator will also work towards decreasing the NPL portfolio by booking accounts to ROPA and cash settlement. This requires a high level of attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in any field and at least 2 years of experience in banking or related institutions. Previous experience in collections and foreclosure is highly desirable.
