We are seeking a visionary Software Team Lead with a passion for growth and collaboration. This technical leadership role is responsible for mentoring, training, and guiding design and architecture decisions. You will work with cutting-edge technologies such as MongoDB, Nest.js, Next.js, Node.js, and PHP/MySql to build scalable solutions using DevOps. On any given day, you'll be coding, reviewing, deploying, testing, and participating in regular Scrum Ceremonies. Your innovative spirit will help our team navigate obstacles and solve complex problems.

This position requires excellence in all aspects of software engineering and a desire to operate in a dynamic business environment. You must be able to seek information independently or within your team to understand complex integrations and challenges. We value creative problem solvers who can ideate and implement solutions that make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, effective collaboration and communication skills, and experience working on multiple platforms (OS - Linux, Windows). Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering
  • Working experience with PHP
  • 5 - 10 years of core web apps development experience (front end & back-end)
  • Exposure to VSCode, Postman, Jira, GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker
