
Human Resources Manager

An HR Administrator will be responsible for managing employee documents, creating and maintaining folder structures, and migrating employee documents into a consolidated system.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Document Management: Ensure the efficient management of employee documents, including creation and maintenance of standardized folder structures.
- Template Development and Maintenance: Develop templates for recruitment and selection processes, including interview guides, phone screen questionnaires, and sourcing strategies.
- Compliance and Auditing: Assist in preparing internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- General Administration: Provide HR administrative support as required by the team, maintaining confidentiality and security of employee records.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining and minerals or oil & gas industries.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR software would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of record keeping and audit processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
