  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of material master data processes into enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other relevant software.
  • Create detailed documentation of material master data processes and provide training to relevant stakeholders to ensure proper adherence.
  • Regularly review and improve material master data processes to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and support the company's evolving needs.
  • Implement metrics and reporting systems to monitor data quality and address any inconsistencies or errors in material master data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in material data management or a related role.
  • Experience in creation and documentation of material master data processes and guidelines.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data management tools.
  • Responsible for specification and implementation of concepts for master data maintenance in at least two independent projects.
  • Knowledge of material management processes, principles, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
