Your Impact
  • Maintain a large volume of renewals with high call and email volume daily
  • Working with customers to resolve any issues that may be preventing them from maintaining a relationship with SolarWinds
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition, suggest suitable growth solutions, and negotiate pricing
  • Following up on assigned customer software renewal quotes and/or generating custom quotes and presenting them to the customer
  • Driving renewal and conversion opportunities to close prior to expiration through detailed funnel management
  • Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within a CRM and to Sales/Renewals leadership
  • Operate internally as a liaison with cross-functional teams to share key customer feedback and insights to improve customer experience and further investments
  • Achieve monthly quotas and quarterly targets
Your Experience
  • Passion for sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent problem-solving skills & Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to multitask and track multiple issues
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • Fluent with English
  • Previous experience with CRM - NetSuite and/or Salesforce is a plus
