Motion Designer Position

We are seeking a creative and skilled motion designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality animated content for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social media, and more within the iGaming, SaaS, and US sweepstakes casino sectors.

Motion graphics creation is a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and producing engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for various platforms. Additionally, they should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and storyboard animated content that communicates key messages and drives user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design high-quality animated content for marketing campaigns, product explainers, and social media
  • Create engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for various platforms
  • Animate existing static design assets (logos, illustrations, UI elements) to create dynamic visual experiences
  • Edit footage and integrate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to create polished video content
  • Ensure all motion design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
  • Optimize motion graphics and video content for social media, websites, and ad networks with platform-specific requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends and software
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing
  • At least 1 year hands-on motion design experience in iGaming, US Sweepstakes Casino, or Social Casino
  • Experience creating motion graphics for SaaS products (explainers, UI animations)
  • Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro; strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator; 3D designing skills required
  • Solid understanding of animation timing, pacing, and storytelling
  • High-quality visual content with creative flair
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and clearly articulate design rationale
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working remotely in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Production, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
