Brand & Marketing Visionary

As a Brand & Marketing Visionary, you will be the primary creative force ensuring our brand is visually expressed with excellence and consistency across every marketing channel. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role that blends deep craft expertise with ownership of design execution for all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee how the brand is visually represented across all marketing channels.
  • Apply and evolve brand guidelines for multiple platforms and formats, ensuring visual harmony and accessibility.
  • Maintain consistency of typography, color, imagery, and design elements across campaigns, events, and collateral.
Design Execution
  • Create visually compelling designs for digital marketing campaigns, website assets, landing pages, social media, email, events, sales enablement, and advertising.
  • Translate campaign ideas and briefs into polished, on-brand creative that adheres to design best practices to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Adapt creative for different formats, optimizing for performance and platform requirements.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop concepts and creative approaches that support campaign objectives.
  • Work with product marketing to visually articulate product value propositions and feature updates and go-to-market launches.
  • Support demand generation, content, and events teams with timely, high-quality creative assets.
Creative Quality & Innovation
  • Bring fresh, modern design approaches that reflect current trends while staying true to the brand.
  • Advocate for user-focused and data-informed design decisions.
  • Explore new formats, motion graphics, and multimedia to keep our creative assets innovative.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to bring campaigns, content, events, and digital experiences to life. Your work will shape how prospects, customers, and the market visually experience the brand, ensuring that every touchpoint is impactful, engaging, and on-brand.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere. Depending on your country of residence, you may be engaged as a full-time employee or as a contractor—our Talent Attraction team will walk you through the details during your first interview.
