Job Description

Our client is a dynamic full-service creative and production agency at the forefront of brand development and performance marketing. They provide comprehensive services from brand development and design to web development, video production, photography, strategy, and social media management, aimed at creating meaningful connections between brands and their audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create dynamic motion graphics, including titles, supers, explainer animations, and social content
  • Translate storyboards and creative direction into engaging and effective motion graphics
  • Add life to static designs using kinetic typography, transitions, animated infographics, and character rigging when needed
  • Enhance videos with sound design, background audio, and integrated visual effects to elevate narrative engagement

Project & Task Management:

  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Communicate proactively with the team regarding progress, challenges, and deadlines
  • Adapt to last-minute changes and incorporate client/internal feedback seamlessly
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of motion design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography)
  • Ability to work with keyframes, null objects, After Effects scripting, compositing, and 3D space
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to take feedback, and implement revisions efficiently
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
