Role Summary:

This role involves auditing current and prospective clients' marketing programs to craft integrated marketing plans across various channels.

Main responsibilities include planning budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the funnel; coordinating with specialists to ensure strategies align with the overarching plan; and researching and analyzing clients' industries, verticals, competitors, and ideal customer profiles.

Duties:

  • Coordination: work with specialists to ensure strategies align with the overall plan
  • Research and analysis: learn about clients' industries, verticals, competitors, and ideal customer profiles
  • Forecasting and projections: work with specialists to validate forecasts and ensure projections match client budgets, efficiency requirements, and business objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels
  • Prior experience with large campaign sets and/or clients ($100k+ spend per month per client)
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms
  • Familiarity with earned media channels
  • Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index
  • Familiarity with Asana and Slack
