Job Title

We're seeking a skilled Comedy Writer to create engaging content for our digital platform.

  • This role offers the opportunity to work with a recognized creator and produce consistently shareable content.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop 5–6 one-minute sketch scripts weekly for recurring and new characters.
  • Pitch trending concepts and formats for YouTube Shorts, long-form sketches, and other social platforms.
  • Create character-driven, culturally relevant, female-forward comedy.
  • Utilize analytics to refine scripts and maximize audience engagement.
Requirements
  • Strong comedic writing and storytelling structure (acts, beats, moments).
  • Deep understanding of online culture, trends, meme cycles, and creator collaborations.
  • Ability to adapt tone across comedic styles: absurd, heartfelt, ironic, chaotic.
  • Proficiency in developing recurring characters and sustainable sketch formulas.
  • Capacity to work quickly, iterate ideas, and meet tight deadlines.
Benefits
