Senior Full-Stack Engineer

As a seasoned full-stack engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge applications.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of software development principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop end-to-end applications with ReactJS (frontend) and Golang/Scala/Kotlin/Java (backend).
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs with secure authentication.
  • Implement functional testing (unit, integration) and ensure high code quality.
  • Develop and deploy containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Work with public/private cloud environments and deployment architectures.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate in a relevant field.
  • Residing in Metro Manila or nearby provinces.
  • Amenable to hybrid work setup (1–2 days on-site, day shift).
  • With strong experience with statically typed languages: Java, Golang, Kotlin, Scala.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, provisioning automation).
  • Knowledge of monitoring & observability (ELK stack).
  • Familiarity with MLOps & data transformation.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
