We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team at Gratitude Philippines. The role of Senior Customer Support Associate is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • We require candidates with a strong academic background, having completed at least 2 years of college with no outstanding subjects.
  • Our ideal candidate will have 6-18 months of experience in Technical or Financial roles within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
  • Alternatively, we welcome candidates with 18-36 months of experience in SPE BPO roles as Technical, Financial, or Customer Service Support across multiple support channels, including email, phone, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To provide top-notch customer service and support through various communication channels.
  2. To work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  3. To stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
