Global Client Engagement Specialist

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized support and proactive issue resolution. As a key member of our team, you will interact with customers across multiple channels to provide accurate information, empathize with their concerns, and troubleshoot complex issues.

Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers via phone, email, chat, or SMS to address inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide seamless customer support and improve processes that enhance the overall experience.
- Troubleshooting product or service-related issues by investigating root causes and ensuring timely resolution.
- Proactively identifying customer needs and offering thoughtful solutions or next steps.
- Ensuring proper escalation of issues to meet internal and external expectations.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement and surfacing actionable insights based on customer feedback.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience supporting SaaS products and knowledge of CRM tools is an asset.
- Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex topics to customers.
- Intermediate understanding of Customer Experience best practices.
