Test Prep Content Specialist Role

The role involves collaborating with a team to create high-quality online educational resources aligned with our mission of making education accessible to all.

A successful candidate will be a strong multi-tasker with exceptional English language abilities who can balance quality and efficiency in producing world-class educational content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of test prep curriculum and practice materials
  • Onboard and support a team of subject matter experts and test prep content developers
  • Incorporate learning science principles and learning design best practices in test prep content
  • Manage exam taxonomies and alignment of prep materials with actual exams
  • Deeply understand test content and strategy to ensure quality of materials
  • Utilize AI and other technology to improve efficiency and quality of test prep content development
  • Provide clear and ongoing support, feedback, and troubleshooting for freelancers
  • Monitor project productivity and address issues; continuously strive to improve productivity and quality
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years working in test prep content development, preferably US tests
  • Experience working in complex content management systems
