About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team. This is a mid-to-senior level position that requires proficiency in scripting/coding and test automation engineering experience with Selenium, Postman, Cypress, and JMeter.

The successful candidate will have good communication and collaboration skills, as well as expertise in designing and developing test automation solutions and frameworks. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs and industry standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing test automation solutions and frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery across UI, API, Services, and Data layers.
  • Automating testing across technologies including Mobile, Devices, Browsers, Client-server, Micro-Services, and Containers.
  • Developing automation solutions that can be used by functional testers for automated testing; integrating test code with application code and the DevOps pipeline for automated execution and reporting.
  • Analyzing functional requirements to design optimized test scenarios and test cases.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging automation issues and optimizing automation for performance and scalability.
  • Developing and maintaining test data and test environments to support automated testing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient in scripting/coding.
  • Test automation engineering experience with Selenium, Postman, Cypress, and JMeter.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Automation Framework Design, Test Case Management & Strategy, Parallel Execution & Test Scaling, Mocking & Test Data Management, Reporting & CI/CD Integration, Automation Best Practices.
