Job DescriptionThis role is on-site in Makati, requiring 3-5 years of experience for a Master Full-time position. Key Responsibilities:Test Planning and Management:Create a Master Test Plan, resource planning, effort estimation, and high-level test scenarios aligned with the BDO ITG Quality Framework. Review detailed test scenarios and test scripts prepared by testers.
Testing and Reporting:Oversee testing activities from System Integration Testing (SIT) to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including reporting to the project team. Identify, document, and track defects and issues clearly and concisely. Verify fixes and ensure thorough testing before sign-off.
Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders. Collaboration and Quality Assurance:Work closely with developers and stakeholders to understand application requirements and business processes. Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide testing feedback. Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT). Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with end-user training and support as needed.
