Strategic Digital Marketing Leader

Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Digital Marketing Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in Meta and Google Ads, as well as a working knowledge of LinkedIn and TikTok advertising.

This role involves building and scaling digital ad campaigns that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with creative teams, content producers, and analytics stakeholders to launch, test, and optimize paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-performing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and return on ad spend targets.
  • Expand reach through LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns, where applicable.
Creative & Copywriting
  • Write compelling, conversion-optimized ad copy tailored to each platform, audience, and funnel stage.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and test ad variations, including static, video, carousel, and user-generated content formats.
  • Source and manage UGC creators, develop creative briefs, and analyze performance to iterate on top-performing content.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights, campaign results, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Own and track key marketing KPIs such as cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, click-through rate, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Work cross-functionally with content, design, product, and data teams to ensure alignment across messaging, creative, and strategy.
  • Communicate performance results and strategic initiatives clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, with proven ability to scale campaigns to significant levels.
  • Demonstrated success in e-commerce performance marketing—preferably with direct response campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
  • Experience in copywriting and ad creative testing for paid acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization principles.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks, content iteration, and scaling user-generated content campaigns.
