We are seeking a skilled Credit and Collection Professional to manage financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, handle inquiries as needed, provide financial guidance and advice to clients based on their needs, resolve client concerns and disputes in a timely manner, ensure compliance with regulations and data security protocols, maintain accurate records of financial transactions and client interactions, and contribute to the overall success of the financial services department by meeting performance targets.
