Marketing Manager Job Opportunity

A key role in our marketing team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events, etc.) to promote our brand and engage customers
  • Manage and optimize marketing content creation and messaging for all marketing materials, website, and campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure cohesive brand communication and drive sales growth
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva) and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM, email automation)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategy and improve marketing outcomes
