  • We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Financial Specialist to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
  • The ideal candidate will record and classify daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payroll, and prepare and process invoices, receipts, and disbursements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required for this role.
Tax Compliance & Government Reporting
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in compliance with BIR regulations.
  • The role also involves ensuring timely submission of reports to government agencies and staying updated with changes in Philippine tax laws and regulations.
Administrative & Other Responsibilities
  • As a Financial Record Manager, the candidate will assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasting.
  • Additionally, the role includes handling company disbursements, reimbursements, and petty cash management, as well as supporting administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in general accounting and tax compliance, with strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Proficient in accounting software and possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
