Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Data Analyst to spearhead our analytics team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing and implementing data models, dashboards, and reports, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify key metrics and translate business needs into actionable data solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful applicant will have a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong expertise in data analytics tools and platforms, such as SQL, Python, or Tableau is also essential. Additionally, proven experience in the healthcare industry or working with healthcare datasets, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data in simple terms are required.
