**Job Title:** Financial Planning Assistant

Key aspects of the role involve working closely with financial advisors to develop and implement customized plans for clients.

  • Collaborate with advisors to prepare comprehensive financial strategies tailored to client needs and goals
  • Conduct thorough research on various insurance products, financial concepts, superannuation, and tax strategies to support plan development
  • Prepare and analyze detailed financial needs analysis reports to inform plan recommendations
  • Work in conjunction with advisors to identify suitable investment approaches based on client requirements and objectives
  • Participate in client meetings with advisors to present and review developed financial plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within our database system

**Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English language
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in calculations and materials prepared
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in tasks and projects
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Planning Assistant or similar role in the financial services industry is preferred
