Senior Tax Professional Wanted

AU Senior Tax Accountant role is available for an experienced professional who can assist clients in preparing financial and management accounting reports.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with a Chartered Accounting Firm, expertise in Australian accounting, taxation, and clients, and proficiency in computerized accounting packages.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare compliance jobs for the trial balance stage
- Identify franking account issues such as franking deficit tax and penalties
- Review client-prepared BAS/IAS and assist with the amendment/correction of the system
- Identify and resolve basic problems arising in client financial statements
- Prepare and analyze accounts, income tax returns, company annual returns, Business Activity Statements, Fringe Benefit Tax returns, and notices of assessment
- At least 5 years of experience with a Chartered Accounting Firm
- Expertise in Australian accounting, taxation, and clients
- Proficiency in computerized accounting packages (Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks)
- Understanding of tax laws, state taxes, and duties relating to resident taxpayers
- Comprehension of accounting and taxation concepts
