Job Title: Content Review Specialist

About the Role:

This is an entry-level position that requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As a Content Review Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and editing due diligence reports to ensure accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Due Diligence Program Quality Assurance:
    • Review and edit due diligence reports for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and diction.
    • Conduct spot checks by researching report subjects or entities to ensure comprehensive findings.
    • Screens for misinterpretation of facts or misleading language.
    • Diagnoses content quality and escalates issues to Senior Editor.
    • Ensures formatting and reporting standards are met.
    • Provides feedback to Analysts and Team Leaders.
    • Avoids substandard reports from release by directing amendments.
  2. Training and Development:
    • Offers feedback to Team Leaders on writing and analytical issues.
    • Supports training of new team members on guidelines, risk definitions, and style.
    • Communicates observations on analyst performance.
    • Disseminates reporting templates and guidelines.
    • Assists in reviewing DD products and developing templates to adapt to market and client needs.
  3. Others:
    • Reviews entries on company Wiki for accuracy.
    • Provides editing support for investigations and marketing projects as needed.
Additional Information:

This is a hybrid setup, working five days a week on-site in Makati. Residency within the metro is a strict requirement.
