This role will be a key component in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance for our clients. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Quality Control Senior Associate.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all reviewed and approved Know-Your-Customer (KYC) profiles meet the required quality standards set by our clients. This includes:

  • Quality Reviews: Perform thorough quality reviews on KYC profiles based on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and internal Know-Your-Customer procedures.
  • Documentation: Identify and document the results of quality reviews and proposed remedial actions.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team discussions to provide feedback and recommendations to improve quality performance.
  • Issue Escalation: Report and escalate any quality, production, and system-related issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. They will also be proficient in identifying common errors and implementing corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ACAMS or CAMS.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, compliance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
