Customer Service Expertise
We are building a talent pool for individuals who excel at providing exceptional customer service. This role involves communicating with customers through various channels to ensure a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer service via phone, chat, and email.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Support account management, issue resolution, and order processing tasks.
- Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues within agreed service levels.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent customer service attitude with strong empathy and active listening skills.
- High School graduate or higher, or equivalent vocational training.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in computer navigation and system tools.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle diverse customer types and resolve issues effectively.
