We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Call Center Associate.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to clients via phone, email, and chat services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve client inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Utilize various systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Follow established procedures and perform tasks in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex client concerns to the managerial team and ensure first call resolution through effective call handling.
Requirements:
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • You must have at least 6 months of experience in voice, email, and chat support call center environments.
  • You must possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • You must be familiar with computers and have the ability to learn new complex computer system applications.
  • You must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • You must be able to type quickly and accurately (40+ words per minute with 95% accuracy).
  • You must have a passing score on a grammar assessment (> 85%) and excellent comprehension skills (> 90%).
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation is also essential.
  • You must be able to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage.
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus are necessary for this role.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
